Before starting at WBUR she worked at Newsday on Long Island.

She’s also co-founder of a semi-conductor testing company, has worked at an Internet startup and spent many years in school.

She has an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago and a Master’s in business journalism from New York University. She now lives in Roslindale, MA with her husband and their daughter and son.
