Cuban Missile Crisis: 40 Years Later

For 14 days in October of 1962, the world held its breath as the United States and the former Soviet Union came the closest in history to nuclear war.

Forty years later, with a war on terror and impending battle in Iraq, we look at how we can apply the lessons of the Cuban Missile Crisis to today’s difficulties.
